Training services

        In order to ensure the correct installation and good operation of the products and the smooth implementation of the project, our company will fully cooperate with the water supply company to provide comprehensive product training and software system training for the relevant staff of the customer side, train skilled technicians for the customer side, and ensure that the operators have the ability of independent construction and maintenance of the project. The following is our systematic training plan:

Training objects: management personnel assigned by the client, software operators of charging point, meter installation and maintenance personnel.

Training content: water meter selection, function and working principle, water meter installation requirements, use of charging management system, authority setting of charging management system, etc.

Training methods: Factory graphic introduction, on-site watch production process visit, on-site construction communication, point-to-point computer software operation training, remote assistance, etc.

Training arrangement: combined with our previous training experience, we will conduct training in five stages:

      ● The first stage (determined before and after the cooperation): let the management and technical maintenance personnel understand the functions of all hardware equipment, master the operation procedures and operation points of each equipment in the system.

      ● The second stage (on-site guidance after the meters arrive): make the water meter installation and maintenance personnel have a preliminary understanding of the basic principles and installation specifications of water meters and equipment.

      ● The third stage (during meter installation): organize software system training to make software system operators understand the functions and operation methods of the software system, and put forward correction suggestions for partial unreasonable software details, so as to make the operation interface more humanized and operation more convenient.

      ● The fourth stage (during the implementation of the project): organize the above three stages of training personnel to be familiar with the system operation and application again, and emphasize the relevant precautions; enable the relevant personnel to perform their duties, skillfully operate the system, eliminate general faults, and be familiar with the maintenance process and methods.

      ● The fifth stage (before the acceptance of the project): organize the relevant personnel of the client to conduct detailed training on the use and management authority of the software, and implement the charging management system.

Free warranty period and scope

        In order to ensure the interests of users, our company promises: when using our water meter, if the installation is reasonable, the flow rate is normal, and the mechanical parts are damaged or broken (except for scalding and freezing) due to the manufacturing quality, our company is responsible for repairing or replacing the products within the three guarantee period under the condition of keeping the lead seal intact. If the installation exceeds the three guarantee period, we will only charge the cost for lifelong maintenance.

Emergency response

        After receiving the customer's fault call notice, our after-sales service team will immediately start the emergency response procedure. For the problems that cannot be solved by telephone and network online, we will arrive at the scene and deal with the problems as soon as possible.
