Overview

The intelligent metering system consists of three parts: the meter unit, the link unit, and the main control machine loaded with intelligent metering system management software. The meter unit includes photoelectric (direct reading water meter, direct drinking water meter, hot water meter, gas meter), and the link unit includes: concentrator, repeater, collector. This system can simplify user operations to the greatest extent, achieving true smart metering without leaving home.

Product Features

1. Direct Reading: The meter's dial number is photoelectrically encoded, and there is a photoelectric decoder inside the meter. When reading the meter, the system sends power to the meter, and the meter's decoder starts working, sending out the dial reading, achieving "direct reading."

2. No Tel inside the meter: The electronic unit does not work normally; during the moment of reading the meter, power is sent to the meter by the system or handheld reader to read the data, resulting in a meter power consumption of "0," greatly reducing the failure rate and extending service life.

3. Anti-jitter: The directly outputted dial reading, regardless of how severe the jitter is, the decoder is static relative to the dial during the decoding moment, preventing the output number from deviating from the dial reading.

4. Anti-backflow and strong magnetic interference: The photoelectric direct reading decodes the dial number, and strong magnetic backflow does not affect the accuracy of the decoded reading; strong magnetic interference also cannot affect the decoded reading.

5. The meter has an Address: Pulse meters do not have an address and rely on wiring logistics for differentiation, making construction and maintenance very difficult. Direct reading meters are identified by a unique address code, allowing data to be read based on the address code, ensuring data uniqueness and correctness.

6. Remote Control: Control valves (switches) can be installed in the meter (electric meter, gas meter, direct drinking water meter) according to actual needs, allowing remote control through the system to prevent malicious fee defaults.

7. Anti-static: The intelligent electronic unit is completely sealed within the counter, isolated from the outside, and is not eroded by external water, moisture, dust, etc.

8. Real-time scanning: Real-time scanning detects the operational data status of various water meters in the network and records it for archiving. When the system detects abnormal situations or transmission faults, it promptly alarms, facilitating system maintenance; quickly and accurately achieving networked meter reading for community water meters, making it convenient and quick to query real-time and historical data of each meter. Water supply companies can save a lot of manpower and material resources, significantly improving the reading rate and accuracy; since real-time queries of each user's water consumption are possible, the scheduling department can timely understand the load conditions in different areas of the entire network, facilitating the grasp of load patterns and determining the best scheduling plan. Moreover, the intelligent metering system can allow multiple engineering services to share a bus, establish a close monitoring network, reduce customer investment, and minimize the waste of social resources.

9. Security:

Permission Settings: Operators are managed by operational permission management, providing a multi-level Password confirmation mechanism to ensure data security and reliability.

Data Security Backup and Recovery: The system has data storage and protection functions, data compression, and backup functions; it also has data analysis capabilities, such as generating actual usage curves for each household based on historical data, estimating the normal usage of that user, and alerting when the user's usage is abnormal, allowing for corresponding control and management.

9.1 Easy Expansion: The bus topology structure allows any point on the line to be disconnected to add collectors or direct reading meters, enabling the system to add more users at any time, facilitating centralized management.

9.2 Easy Maintenance: The bus output from each direct reading meter only needs to be connected, reducing a large amount of tedious wiring, system debugging tasks, and complex work such as line and system maintenance during later use.
