　　Sichuan Fuxing Instrument Co., Ltd. is located in Yongshang Town, Xinjing County, Chengdu, established in 1998. It is a professional enterprise integrating research and development and manufacturing of water meters, dedicated to the development of water meter shells, mechanisms, smart water meter control modules, ultrasonic water meter manufacturing, software operation platforms, and smart water management systems. The company has more than 200 employees, including over 60 various engineering and technical personnel. The company has a 1200㎡ water meter calibration workshop and more than 30 various testing equipment. The produced "Fuxing" brand water meters currently have fourteen series and over one hundred varieties, possessing the largest water meter assembly production line in the western region, with an annual production capacity of one million water meters of various specifications from DN15mm to DN300mm. The sales network covers the whole country. After years of efforts and development, the company's production scale and market share rank among the top in the western region.

Since its establishment, the center has successively launched the second version of the B/S architecture water management system, R160 dry mechanical water meter, R160 dry photoelectric remote reading water meter, and R160 IC card water meter, and has taken the lead in the industry to launch the NB-IOT Internet of Things water meter, obtaining the network access license from China Telecom. The R160 dry IoT water meter has obtained multiple patents and has now achieved large-scale commercial use, receiving unanimous praise from customers.
